"We live in a world where the enemies of humanity use every means at war against what they claim," the defense minister added.

"Accordingly, we must be prepared to defend our nation against all threats and whatever the enemy may one day use as an offensive tool such as chemical, nuclear and biological weapons. Our nation must know that it has vigilant and intelligent support against the enemies and has taken all the necessary measures against all threats," he stressed.

"The biological field is one of those battlefields. Today the world is facing a pandemic. We are prepared for biological, chemical, and nuclear defense," Hatami stated.

He went on to say: "Mid-February last year and before the outbreak, he told me that the world might get stuck, then it happened. Our friends' diagnosis kit was one of the first kits to be prepared, and we immediately announced our readiness to develop the vaccine."

Amir Hatami stated: "After coordination with the Ministry of Health, a completely scientific process was initiated. This process was based on purely scientific work with the infrastructure and manpower of the scientist."
