Iran Press/ Iran News: The official stated that we have to circumvent the sanctions to procure the food and medicine for Iran's needs, while over 60 trillion tomans were allocated to development projects, despite we had a tough year due to the sanctions.
Gilan, Hamedan, West, and East Azarbaijan were among the provinces which joined to the railway network, Nobakht stated, Iran Press reported.
He said that what we have done today is only 20% of the budget that we have allocated for development projects and we will not wait for foreigners to sign contracts with us.
