Iran Press/ Iran News: In a decree appointing new members of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution (SCCR), Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei thanked the former members of the council.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution's decree states that entering the second 40 years of the Islamic Revolution necessitates a new and pathological look at a set of civilizational infrastructures.
In the decree, Iran's Leader considered the general arrangement of culture based on revolutionary order and content to protect against cultural invasion and foreign media.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution says that culture directs all the fundamental and underlying actions of human societies and accelerates or slows them down.
According to the Islamic Revolution Leader, at present, this approach is mainly aimed at promoting the view and sense of responsibility of cultural elites and activists in various fields of the country, in which culture-building is the best means of progress and success in each of the civilized components of society.
Ayatollah Khamenei added that the mission of the SCCR, from the beginning, was organizing the situation of culture and knowledge in the country, policy-making in these two categories, directing its administrators to the values and goals of the revolution, meeting the intellectual needs of these agencies and appearing in the role of the country's cultural center.
