Lavrov slams US allegations

Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov has rejected any allegation made by the US over the interference in the upcoming US election.

Iran Press/Europe: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday that US officials had begun a game making allegations against Russia, China, and Iran over further interference in the upcoming US election.

The Russian Foreign Minister added: "These games have been going on for a long time and it is not surprising."

A group of Democratic senators has called on US Treasury Secretary Steven Manuchin to impose sanctions on Moscow over Russia's intention to interfere in the upcoming 2020 US presidential election.

The US presidential election will be held on the third day of November.

In recent weeks, US officials have repeatedly raised the issue of Iran, Russia, and China interfering in the US presidential election without providing any evidence.
