Iran press/Asia: A Police spokesman announced that the first blast took place in the Company Bridge area of the 5th police district at around 8:50 am, hitting a pick-up.
He said the second blast occurred in the Saleem Karwan area in the 4th police district at around 9:40 am.
A Corolla vehicle was struck by the explosion, resulting in killing one civilian and injuring three others.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility yet.
