Iran Press/ Iran News: In an interview with Iran Press on the importance of Quds day, Ibrahim Mohammad al-Deilami said when some Islamic and Arab governments have abandoned the religious duty of supporting Palestine, it was the duty of the Muslims to support it.
Speaking on the sidelines of the 'Quds Day is Islam Day' event, the ambassador said it was also of all the nations’ duty to protect the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights and help them form their country and liberate it from the occupying Zionist regime.
Congratulating the Quds day to Islamic Ummah, Al-Deilami highlighted that holding Quds Day rallies could be a turning point for the Palestinian cause.
'Quds day is Islam day' ceremony was held in Tehran, the capital, on May 6, 2021, with the attendance of top Iranian and Arab state officials and clerics.
