Iran Press/ Middle East: Israel has launched an aerial attack with a number of missiles targeting an area on the outskirts of the Syrian capital of Damascus, Syrian state TV said early on Wednesday, citing a military source.
According to the report, Israeli warplanes fired several missiles in the Zakyah city in Damascus early Wednesday morning, causing damage to the area.
On Saturday, Israeli fighter jets targeted Al-Dimass and some other areas on the outskirts of Damascus.
In Saturday's attack, the Syrian air defense reportedly intercepted and shot down several rockets fired by Israeli fighter jets.
