Iran's Intelligence Minister pointed out that Lebanon, in the past, had been always subject to the Israeli aggression because of the lack of defensive power, but now the Zionist regime does not dare to invade it because of the culture which is based on martyrdom.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Intelligence Minister Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi made the remarks Tuesday on the sidelines of the ceremony marking the martyrdom anniversary of former Iranian  president Mohammad-Ali Rajaee and  former prime minister Mohammad-Javad Bahonar, who lost their lives in a bomb blast on August 30, 1981, reported Iran Press.

“The culture which is based on martyrdom has changed Lebanon drastically,” said Alavi. “Now the Lebanese youth are not afraid of death and hence they can impose their will on the enemies.”

Lebanon's Hezbollah said that an intruding Israeli drone crashed in the southern suburbs of Beirut, and a second drone exploded near the ground before dawn on Sunday.

The secretary-general of the Hezbollah movement, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah had a backlash to the attack and stressed the overnight attack was the first Israeli aggression in Lebanon since August 14, 2006, and calling it as a dangerous attack, warning that "(Benjamin) Netanyahu (Israeli prime minister) would be mistaken if he thinks that this issue can go unnoticed."
