Iran Press/ Iran news: The Commander of IRGC Navy Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, referring to the naval exercise, named after Martyr General Nasrallah Shafi'i, said: "In this exercise, sea cruise missile systems of different classes, bomber and precise drones with multiple and simultaneous targets, subsurface unmanned intelligence systems, helicopter rocket firing, special rangers' heliborne on mobile and surface positions, showed the authority and other power defense components in the IRGC Navy very well."
Admiral Tangsiri emphasized that in this exercise all the planned operational stages with specific timing were completed with complete success, adding: "The geometry of combat power was designed and built based on the threats and military activities of the enemy, and has been produced with the efforts of young and committed scientists, and is completely native and national, and we do not need any foreign parties in this regard, and we are completely independent and self-sufficient."
Referring to the points of distinction of this exercise compared to the previous exercises, the Commander of the IRGC Navy pointed out: "Surface combat of offensive ships and missile launchers with the firing of sea cruise missiles and all kinds of rockets and extensive offensive and defensive minelaying within the scope of the simultaneous firing and hitting of sea cruise missiles from two different geographies to a specific target, UAVs hitting a specific target from different locations at the same time were among the actions that were successfully carried out in this exercise."
