A drone attack carried out by the Islamic Resistance of Iraq targeted an Israeli military base in the occupied Golan Heights, resulting in 25 Israeli soldiers being killed or wounded.

Iran PressIran news: Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari confirmed the deaths of two soldiers from the 13th Battalion of the Golani Brigade due to the drone explosion, which was launched from Iraq.

The spokesperson added that the same explosion injured 23 other soldiers.

Earlier, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq announced in a statement that it had conducted three separate operations, targeting three sites in the occupied Palestinian territories.

On Thursday, the group also reported its first use of an advanced drone to hit a location in the southern part of the occupied territories.

In recent weeks and months, Iraqi resistance forces have struck sensitive and strategic targets in the southern areas of the occupied Palestinian territories, including Eilat. The group had previously warned that it would escalate its attacks on Israeli positions if the Israeli regime continues its military assaults on the Gaza Strip.
