Iran Press/Iran news: United World Wrestling announces the world's top wrestlers at the end of each year.
The international governing body named Mojtaba Golij as the top freestyler under the age of 23 at 97kg.
In 2017 and 2019, the Iranian freestyle wrestler won the 97kg gold medal in the under-23 world championships.
The 48kg freestyle wrestler Rahman Amuzad, who won the gold medal at this year's 2019 Freestyle Wrestling World Championships, was also selected by United World Wrestling as the world's top wrestler.
