Iran Press/ Iran News: At the second International Invention Competition for IFIA INV members, more than 740 inventions from 32 countries were registered from all around the world such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Morocco, Indonesia, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Qatar, Bahrain, the UK, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Lebanon, and Poland.
Ali Pouladi, a student of electronic engineering at the Islamic Azad University of Islamabad, western Iran, won the gold medal in the medical category in the Swiss Inventors' World Championship.
The award was presented to the Iranian scientist for the invention "Tissue health measuring device for cancer patients without the need for surgery and Excisional Biopsies".
Pouladi has 9 patents and holds a master's degree in civil engineering, a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, a bachelor's degree in medical engineering, and a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering.
