Iran Press/ Asia: The competitions are held in all age groups in Uzbekistan's Tashkent.
In Sunday matches, Sara Bahmanyar, Fatemeh Sa'adati, Mobina Heidari, and Leila Borjali in the women's Kumite, and Ali Meskini and Saleh Abazari in the men's Kumite bagged bronze medals.
Thus, up to the end of the third day of the competitions, Iranian karatekas have collected 29 medals: six gold, six silver, and 17 bronze.
The 18th Asian karate Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is underway from December 16th to 20th, 2022.
