Kuwait (IP) - After visiting Qatar and Oman, Iran's foreign minister arrived in Kuwait on the third leg of his tour to the Persian Gulf countries.

Iran PressMiddle East: At the head of a political delegation, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived in Kuwait and was welcomed by his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah.

This is the first visit of Amir-Abdollahian to Kuwait after serving as Iran's foreign minister.

Iranian Foreign Minister and his Kuwaiti counterpart held talks about bilateral and regional issues in a telephone conversation on March 22nd.

During his visit to Qatar and Oman, Iranian Foreign Minister held talks with high-ranking officials of these countries, discussing bilateral relations as well as regional and international developments.
