Iran Press/ Asia: Since the outset of new clashes between the two sides and surrounding seven cities, many Azerbaijanis, including women and children, were killed and wounded, and also civilian facilities, have been destroyed.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan reported that 19 innocent people were killed, 63 wounded, 44 civilian places, and 181 houses were destroyed in the clashes on October 3.
The Iranian embassy stressed the need to respect human rights and international humanitarian law and strongly condemned any harm to the people.
