In the freestyle wrestling competition of firefighters and policemen of the world in the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the team of Iranian firefighters won three gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal in different weights.

The World Firefighter Games is an international sports competition in which full-time, part-time, and volunteer firefighters and forest firefighters, aviation fire service men and military emergency service personnel from around the world compete in various sports. They participate in the Olympics (multi-sport competition) once every two years.
