Ali Akrami scored the only goal of the match.
Iran suffered a 2-1 defeat against Turkmenistan in their first game of the campaign, but they were able to bounce back and secure victories against Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan in their subsequent matches.
Tajikistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Turkmenistan competed in the event.
The tournament was held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan from July 23 to 30.
The winning team was determined by the number of points scored.
