Iran Press/ Iran news: Brigadier General Mohammad-Reza Ashtian told Iran Press on Wednesday that the new defense system is named 'Martyr Aliverdi'.
The naming is in honor of the Iranian youth Arman Aliverdi who was martyred as he was surrounded by the US-driven rioters in Tehran and was painfully hit by knives and stones and kicks.
He said that Iran enjoys high capabilities in producing defense systems and other countries demanded to purchase some of the systems.
General Ashtiani referred to the issue of Palestine and what is going on in Gaza, and said: "The Americans are at the forefront of strategic and calculative errors; they are also trapped in this quagmire with the Zionists, and the US will definitely be harmed."
