Tehran (IP) - The Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicraft said that Iranian artists' display of art had made Iran the world's leading country in handicrafts.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking in the celebration of the 5th Fajr Festival of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts, which was held on Saturday at the National Museum of Iran, Pouya Mahmoudian said: "The 5th Fajr Festival of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts was held while facing many difficulties."

Mrs. Mahmoudian added that the festival was an opportunity to showcase Iranians' art, love, and skill to the world.

"The artists' works have placed Iran on top of the cities and villages of the world," she highlighted, adding: "The message of the 5th Fajr Festival of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts is that creating the artworks continues during these most difficult days, and we are proud of what we saw at the exhibition."

The celebration of the 5th Fajr Festival of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts was held in the presence of Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, Ali Asghar Mounesan, Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage Pouya Mahmoudian, and 12 selected people from different provinces.
