New York (IP)- Iranian Foreign Minister, in a meeting with his Slovenian counterpart on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly called for expanding relations between the two countries.

Iran PressAmerica: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, in a meeting with his Slovenian counterpart Tanja Fajon on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly, reviewed the latest status of political, economic, and commercial cooperation between the two countries.

The head of Iran’s diplomatic apparatus said Iran is ready for comprehensive development of cooperation with the new government of Slovenia.

The two sides also emphasized on the continuation of intensive consultations and talks between the two countries regarding some international issues and mutual support for the candidates of both countries in international forums.پ

The Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian accompanied President Ebrahim Raisi, who addressed the world leaders at the 77th UNGA meeting on September 21.
