Iran Press/ Iran News: During the signing ceremony of a quadripartite memorandum of understanding to create the 'Tehran Innovation District,' the Vice President highlighted the potential for valuable experiences in the field of innovation.
Speaking at the ceremony on May 31, 2023, Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi, Iran's Vice President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-based Economy, firmly stated the government's support for the creation of an innovation district in Tehran. He emphasized that the establishment of such districts requires the involvement of highly skilled individuals.
Furthermore, he underlined the importance of tailoring each innovation area to suit its specific requirements and ensure the provision of effective services. In this regard, he particularly highlighted the need for the private sector of Tehran University to play a crucial role in promoting Tehran's innovation district.
