Iran Press/ Iran news: On the occasion of the great birthday of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Sadiq (as), heads of three branches of the government, a group of state officials and guests participating in the 36th International Islamic Unity Conference, on Friday morning were received by with Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ebrahim Raisi pointed to his trip to New York and said that the Secretary-General of the UN apologized for failing to lift the coronavirus-related sanctions on Iran: "I answered him that the Iranian nation has always turned threats and sanctions to opportunities."
In the case of the corona pandemic, he added, Iran became an exporter by establishing six vaccine production centers, and that today Iran was among the top countries in the world in confronting the disease.

President Raisi appreciated the Iranian nations for helping the administration practice economic reforms and recalled that the enemies were seeking to cause problems for Iran in the recent unrest in the country.
He said the enemies of Islam were spreading modern ignorance and hiding the truth and noted that the way to confront the campaign was to spread awakening based on Islamic unity.
The Iranian president said once at the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the enemies made attempts to misrepresent his call to Islam and tarnish his character, and now, the very attempts are being made in the form of cultural and economic terrorism, but as the plots against Islam were failed, also today the enemies cannot stop the nation adhering to the values brought but the Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
