Tehran (IP) - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has emphasized that Iran's front-line against the United States is composed of three key elements, namely the Foreign Ministry, the Central Bank of Iran, and the Oil Ministry.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking at the 58th annual meeting of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in Tehran on Tuesday, President Hassan Rouhani said Iran has had considerable success in international politics on the world stage, and he vowed that Iran will continue to resist US hostility.

President Rouhani highlighted the efforts of three individuals in particular, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Head of CBI Abdol Nasser Hemati, and Petroleum Minister, Bijan Namdar Zangeneh, and thanked all three individuals.

Elsewhere in his remarks, president Rouhani emphasized the importance of interaction and trade with other countries. He asked rhetorically: Why do we attend international banking meetings? Because we want to have better and easier interaction with foreign banks. Banking transactions and trade is very important for us. 

Addressing a gathering of top bankers, industrialists and economists president Rouhani said: "No doubt all of you agree that it is important to have easier and better interaction with foreign banks."  

Commenting further president Rouhani said some of Iran's successes in the region can be attributed to the IRGC, and much of this success can be attributed to the diplomacy and efforts of the Foreign Ministry.
