Iran Press/Iran news: Brigadier-General Amir Hatami in an interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, called the recent remarks of US president on military action against Iran as mere "bluff".
"As it has been said many times, they have made great efforts to exert maximum pressure on the Iranian people and deprive them of all their rights in the hope to make a division between the people and Islamic republic and exploit it, but given people know the enemy very well, they failed and did nothing," he added.
"Now, they face a fully coherent, united, vigilant nation behind a strong, self-reliant armed force. undoubtedly they will get a response that will make them more frustrated than ever," he went on to say.
"They saw our reaction in seizing the Iranian tanker and violating our borders and we will continue to do so, and Trump's remarks seem to be more of a bluff to get out of the recent failures," the high ranking official underscored.
