Tehran (IP)- The spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health, Sima Sadat Lari on Friday in her presser said, so far, 182,545 people in the country have definitely been infected with the coronavirus, and 144,649 of total infected people have recovered.

Iran Press/Iran News: Sima Sadat Lari on Friday on June 12 about the latest data on the coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus said, "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to June 12 in the country, 2,369 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 182,545."

687 of the new patients were hospitalized.

Fortunately, 144,649 patients have recovered and discharged so far, Lari added.

The Spokeswoman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 75 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and 8,659 people have lost their lives in the country to date."

The official stated, "2,739 patients are in a critical condition."

"So far, around 1,196,947 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokeswoman said.

According to the spokeswoman, Khuzestan, Kurdistan, Kerman and Hormozgan, and East Azarbijan provinces are still in the red situation.
