Iran Press/ Iran news: "Cultural diplomacy, regional opportunities, provincial capacities" is the slogan of the 6-day summit.
Islamic Culture and Communication Organization is hosting the event, which will be held for 6 days with the presence of more than twenty advisers and officials of the houses of the culture of Iran in the neighboring countries.
Attending the event, Mohsen Qomi, the Deputy head of the Supreme Leader's office on international affairs and communications said: "Cultural attaché carries the message of Islamic revolution and Iran's great civilization."
He stated: "Without neighbors, we cannot have a successful presence in the world, and civilization cannot be done without neighbors."
Also, as the other keynote speaker, the Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought Hojjatoleslam Hamid Shahriari said: "We are trying to benefit from the capacity of Iranian representatives in the region and focus on external management."
He stated: "We have a very good relationship with the attache' of different countries in which we plan to do projects."
