Iran Press/ Iran News: Iran's Amir-Abdollahian expressed concerns about the aggression and the heinous crimes of the occupying regime in a letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres.
Iranian foreign minister reminded the crimes of the occupying regime against the Palestinian people in the letter.
The support of the United States and the West to the Zionist regime was also mentioned by the Iranian top diplomat.
Reminding the responsibilities of the Secretary-General and the United Nations, Iranian officials also warned against the blind revenge of the Zionist regime and the humanitarian disaster in the Gaza Strip.
Elsewhere, Amir-Abdollahian asked Guterres to take necessary measures to prevent the continuation of violations, heinous crimes, war crimes, and genocide in occupied Palestine.
Earlier on October 7, the Iranian Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the "natural right" of the Palestinians to defend themselves.
