Iran Press/ Iran news: The 23rd festival honoring the selected researchers, technologists, and innovators of the country was held on Dec.15, 2022.
Ali Kheyroddin stated that 27 Parks were introduced to be commercialized out of 221 top technologies, 32 parks, and five research institutes.
He went on to say: "Around 110 million dollars of parks' products were sold."
Attending the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science for Research Peyman Salehi noted: "Iran ranks 15th in the world and first in the region in producing science, and many Iranian articles were cited in Scopus."
Scopus is Elsevier's abstract and citation database, launched in 2004. Scopus covers nearly 36,377 titles from approximately 11,678 publishers, of which 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences, and health sciences.
He stressed that many Iranian universities had enhanced their international cooperation.
