Iran Press/ Iran news: The US Soccer Federation omitted the symbol "Allah" from the Iranian flag.
Following the US mischief, the Iranian federation sent an email to FIFA, calling for taking serious measures against the American federation.
Following the backlash, the US Soccer Federation corrected the flag logo.
Iran and US football teams will have a match on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Al-Thamama, in the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
According to Article 13 of FIFA Statutes, anybody or entity who insults the national and religious symbols of a country will be banned for at least 10 games.
