Tehran (IP) - The 14th Iranian presidential election candidate, Masoud Pezeshkian delineated his economic views in a televised broadcast at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). Pezeshkian emphasized dealing with sanctions.

Iran PressIran news: By referring to his last night's speech and some comments, Pezeshkian stressed that martyred Soleimani is a national pride.

He added: "It has been said that we do not accept the law, it is not true. the US must fulfill all its obligations so that we could return to the JCPOA."

Pezeshkian said: "his administration will abide by the parliament's strategic action law to neutralize sanctions."

In this regard, we will talk with Iran's Supreme National Security Council and the National Security Commission of the Parliament.

No government in history has been able to achieve growth and prosperity within a cage.

This requires various options including involving experts and elites, coordination, interaction, and consequently legal frameworks.

The primary issue is the perspective: do we want to solve our problems with the world or not? I believe we must get out of the deadlock to solve the country's problems.

If we enter into a negotiation with one option, that negotiation will be interrupted. One option leads to failure, we must have multiple options and alternatives.

To flourish, we must first interact with regional and neighboring countries and then with other countries across the globe.

Pezeshkian added: "All sanctions are not going to be lifted; There should be a dialogue and what is in the interest of the country should be done using experts to get out of the deadlock."

At the time when I spoke about the 25,000-toman gasoline, I wasn't in the government.

Iran's Presidential election Pezeshkian added: "Richer individuals consume more energy, and the cost is borne by those who do not use gasoline or electricity."

If fairness is to be achieved, this subsidy should be given to everyone. It should also be given to those who do not consume, Pezeshkian reiterated.

Pezeshkian added: "Without expertise and dialogue with people, an increase in gasoline prices should not have happened. However, we cannot subsidize the wealthy while others bear the cost of inflation."

Housing and Urban Development

Pezeshkian: Martyred Raisi's government had said that it would build one million houses a year, but it was a promise that was not fulfilled. They said that inflation would be single-digit, but it didn't happen.

Government intervention brings disaster to the stock market, market, and producers.

What we are doing regarding the stock market is to restore stability and security to it. We won't compensate for the government's budget deficit from the stock market.

From a professional and scientific perspective, health and medical economics, industry and finance, and the stock market are vastly different. We will definitely use relevant experts to address these imbalances.
