Iran Press/Iran News: Mohammad Eslami today (Tuesday) at the ceremony of adding a new domestically- produced rail fleet to the Iranian railway network added: "It is very important to restart the Pars locomotive production plant and return it to the production."
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: "Today, the first Pars locomotive under the name of "Pars33" was delivered to Alborz Niroo company."
He expressed hope that the satisfaction of passengers and cargo owners in the railway network will increase and added: "We are witnessing the flourishing of the railway industry with the spirit of self-confidence."
Today, the locomotive production line in Arak Pars Wagon Company was re-launched after a 10-year shutdown, which is promising due to the spread of the corona and the problems of economic activities.
