The IAEA12th periodical report on Thursday once again confirmed Iran's compliance to its nuclear deal with world powers known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran Press- This is the 12th IAEA report after the JCPOA implementations and the second one after the US withdrawal from the accord.

The new IAEA report once again verified that Iran's nuclear activities are fully in compliance with the provisions of the JCPOA, IRNA reported.

The IAEA in its report has reaffirmed that its inspectors have had access to all Iran's nuclear sites with ease.

“The production rate (of enriched uranium) is constant. There is no change whatsoever,”  report added.

Earlier on July 31,2018 ,The former head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency, has criticized US President Donald Trump's approach towards Iran.

'You cannot renege on a deal considered by all as fundamental, then threaten the country, humiliate its leaders and then impulsively call for talks!' Mohammad  El Baradei, former Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said  on his Twitter account referring to President Trump's withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal.

Furthermore, earlier  on  Jul 05, 2018  IAEA chief Yukiya Amano during a meeting with Iran's president Hassan Rouhani in Vienna  ,  has one again stressed that Iran is living up to its commitments made under the 2015 international nuclear deal.

“JCPOA was a great success for diplomacy and IAEA and continuation of this success depends only on balance of all parties’ commitment." said Rouhani 

President Hassan Rouhani stressed that if the rights of the Iranian nation under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) are not met, there is no reason for us to stay in the deal, adding “Iran’s nuclear activities have always been peaceful."

"Iran’s nuclear activities have always been peaceful, but it is Tehran that decides on the level of its cooperation with the IAEA," he said.

"The responsibility for a change in the situation and the level of Iran's cooperation with the agency falls on those who have created the new status quo," he added.

JCPOA is a very important agreement for Iran, EU and the world, he said, adding: "What United States did was against the law, UNSC resolutions and multilateral obligations, and without a doubt, this will be to the US and others' detriment".

US President Donald Trump announced on May 8 that Washington was walking away from the nuclear agreement, which was reached between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - the United States, Britain, France, Russia and China - plus Germany.

However, on July 4,.2018  ,Yukiya Amano Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said that the agency will continue its cooperation with Iran regardless of US withdrawal of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
