Iran Press/ Iran News: The government spokesman Ali Rabiei said that the US treasury secretary (Steven Mnuchin) has openly admitted that the US has substituted sanctions for a military war against Iran.
Responding to Iran Press question about new US sanctions targeting Iranian airlines and shipping firms, Rabiei added: "There is no doubt that the Americans are targeting the Iranian people. Sanctions are a form of silent war. The Americans are also waging a psychological campaign against Iran, as well as an economic war, and a media campaign."
