Bakhtiari further said, "84 provincial meetings have been held thus far across 100 universities and scientific institutions, attended by over 9,000 domain experts who presented 192 lectures." The province-wide engagement extended to the submission of articles, resulting in a collection of 220 submissions.

After a meticulous evaluation process, 183 articles were deemed worthy of inclusion, and 30 carefully selected pieces were earmarked for presentation during the conference.

The fourth national conference on exalted governance showcased the intellectual rigor and commitment to scholarly dialogue and served as a platform to dissect the multifaceted challenges and requirements of effective provincial governance.
