Tehran (IP) – Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and UN Secretary-General António Guterres conferred about the JCPoA and regional issues over the phone on Wednesday.

Iran PressIran news: Guterres and Amir-Abdollahian spoke by phone on Wednesday, UN Spokesman Stéphane Dujarric said.

The two sides exchanged views on several issues, including Yemen, Afghanistan and developments in the Persian Gulf region, Dujarric said in a statement.

Guterres and Amir-Abdollahian also conferred on the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPoA), the UN spokesman noted.
