Batumi (IP) – Iranian representatives managed to win two silver medals at the FIDE 2022 World Cadet Chess Championships in Batumi, Georgia.

Iran PressEurope: The FIDE U12 open and girls' competitions wrapped up while Sina Movahed and Maedeh Yusefian ranked second in open and girls, winning two silver medals.

The International Chess Federation (FIDE) World Cadet Chess Championships was held in Batumi, Georgia, from September 17 for 11 days.

Seven hundred forty-six chess players competed at the event.
