Iran Press/ Iran news: During his meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Justice Salar Abdul Sattar Muhammad on Tuesday, Kazem Gharibabadi said that human rights were essential for Islamic countries, particularly Iran. Tehran was focusing on more support for human and civil rights.
"Iran declares its full readiness to cooperate with Iraq on the human rights, extend bilateral experiences in human rights education, citizen, children, women rights, and more importantly, extend ties in the international arenas," Gharibabadi stated
He further said that Iran would ink an MoU in this regard soon.
The Iranian Human Rights top official pointed to Iran-Iraq's joint fight against terrorists and MKO and added that investigating the assassination of Qasem Soleimani was supposed to be followed up as seriously and swiftly as possible, calling on the Iraqi officials to take the due measures.
He also emphasized the removal of the problems of Iranian and Iraqi nationals and the issues of the Iranian women married with Iraqi men.
