"Iran and Afghanistan have a vast common cultural and historical relations. We speak the same language, our hearts are with each other and also our religions are the same", the Head of Culture and Islamic Relations Organization of Iran Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman said in Kabul.
"Cultural officials's Bilateral visits from Tehran and Kabul shows that both countries insist on cultural relations expansion and the officials are following the same way firmly", the Head of Culture and Islamic Relations Organization of Iran noted.
"Faculty relations between Iran and Afghanistan which are like brothers and are very close with each other can insure us from avarice, violence and extremism which exist in the region", Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman concluded.
Meanwhile, Iran holds up a Book Fair in the capital of Afghanistan which has been visited by Hundreds of people.
"It was very fantastic because the variety of international books have been presented in the book fair", one Afghan citizen said.
"We were deprive from many books but this book fair prepares a situation which we can have access to them", another Afghan citizen noted.
"It was fantastic. We thank Iran for holding up the book fair in Kabul", the other Afghan citizen said.
