Iran Press/ Iran News: Ensieh Khaza'li stated: "We want all those who claim women's rights to come to the scene and we welcome them with enthusiasm and open arms."
Speaking in a meeting with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in the field of women and family on Thursday, she noted that NGOs are focused on the needs of society and they are moving in order to eliminate discrimination and improve the status of women.
Khaza'li said: "Meeting with these organizations is the most beautiful start we can have as the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs."
She expressed hope that the department would be accompanied by women to take a step in this blessed path, hand in hand and with unanimity on commonalities from all groups, strata and factions.
Furthermore, Iran's Vice President for Women and Family Affairs expressed hope that the NGOs should not only stand by the government but also move forward and ahead of the government, noting that the government also supports these organizations in anti-poverty campaigns.
Khaz'ali added: "The slogan of the Vice Presidency for Women and Family Affairs is inclusive justice; the one that can pursue goals for the advancement of women in all sectors and among all walks of life. This all-encompassing justice does not cover a small part of women's issues, but all political, social, scientific, and cultural issues."
The meeting was held in the office of the Vice Presidency for Women and Family Affairs.
