Iran Press/ Iran news: The Iranian judiciary's High Council on Human Rights said in a statement on Tuesday that the anti-human rights record of Western governments supporting the extension of Iran's Special Rapporteur on Human Rights was so thick and black that it could not be denied or forgotten.
A statement from the Iranian judiciary's High Council on Human Rights said that the "reality of the political decision" of the Western governments in extending the mission of the Iranian Special Rapporteur on Human Rights would never tarnish the "clear and proud truth" of the Islamic Republic of Iran's human rights. The implementation of religious rulings, the rules of the constitution, and the laws and regulations in question will not be in doubt.
Condemning any instrumental use of international capacity by Western governments, the Iranian judiciary's High Council on Human Rights condemned the use of special Rapporteur as a major threat to human rights and governments with a long history of denying and violating the rights of nations.
At the 43rd session of the UN General Assembly, members of the UN Human Rights Council adopted a resolution on the "human rights situation in Iran" presented by Sweden with the support of some Western countries.
