Iran Press/Iran News: The Iraqi Halabja delegation arrived in Kermanshah last Wednesday and visited some industrial units in this province until yesterday (Friday) while talking with the chairman and members of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce.
On the sidelines of the signing of the memorandum with Kermanshah merchants, the head of the Halabja Chamber of Commerce in Iraq, Pishwa Ahmed Mahmoud, referred to the good capacities of agriculture and tourism in Kermanshah Province and the common border with Iraq and announced Halabja traders' readiness to invest jointly in border areas with Iran.
In an interview with Iran Press, the Iraqi Halabja Chamber of Commerce head stated that Iran had good agriculture and food production capacities, which Iraqi traders could use.
Pishwa Ahmed Mahmoud expressed hope that with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Kermanshah and Halabja merchants, the economic cooperation between the two sides would be expanded.
