Iran Press/ Iran News: Hadi Tahan Nazif, the Spokesman of the Guardian Council, at a press conference on Saturday, February 12, 2022, explained the views of the Guardian Council regarding the ratifications of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the statutes of the government and the inquiries of the Administrative Court of Justice as follows:
Teachers' ranking system bill, which had been discussed in several sessions of the Guardian Council and approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly was pronounced ambiguous, and any further comment would only be made after ambiguities are removed.
According to Iran Press, the discussion on whether years of studying in teacher training centers will also be considered the basis of points in the ranking process or not, was considered to be ambiguous.
Another issue which was raised was Water transfer project from the Oman Sea to Sistan and Baluchestan province.
The issue which was also considered as ambiguous and it was announced that any further comment would only be made after ambiguities are removed.
According to Iran Press, ambiguity in part would be about the extent to which the government should take action in the field of domestic investment, and it should be clear if it is the responsibility of the government or the government just must provide the ground for its implementation.
