Iran Press/Iran news: The ceremony was held on the occasion of passing away anniversary of Hazrat Um al-Banin (peace be upon her), the Mother of Hazrat Abolfazl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and in commemoration of the late Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis at 8:00 p.m. local time on Friday in Ferdows Garden of Kermanshah.
The ceremony was attended by families of the martyrs, veterans of the sacred defence era, religious groups known as 'heiats', and the general public.

At the gathering, a senior commander of Iran's Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Ramazan Headquarters Brigadier General Abdolreza Mesgarian delivered a speech about General Soleimani's characteristics and role in the West Asia region.
