Iran Press/ Iran news: Esmail Haniyeh, the Political Bureau Chief of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and his accompanying delegation met and talked with Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf in Iran's parliament.
Hamas Political Bureau Chief and the accompanying delegation also met and talked with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Wednesday evening, June 21, and on Tuesday, June 20, with President Ebrahim Raisi.
Unity in Resistance Front; most important principle in fighting against Zionist regime
The Speaker of Iran's Parliament considered unity on the resistance front as the most important principle for the Palestinian groups in the fight against the Zionist occupation.
Ghalibaf stated that "resistance is the only way to victory."
Pointing to the popular struggles of Palestinian groups in more than 7 decades, he emphasized: "Palestinian groups advanced on the path of popular struggle with the spirit of resistance and martyrdom."
Ghalibaf stated that dignity is formed in the shadow of resistance and stated: "The history of Palestine has shown that wherever there was a spirit of dedication, a path of negotiation and submission to the Zionist regime and the arrogant nature of the United States, this path is doomed to failure and everyone who strives, stands and fights is victorious today with dignity and honor."
Expressing his satisfaction with the effective efforts made in the fight against the Zionist regime in the West Bank, the Speaker of Iran's Parliament said: "These efforts have made the Zionist regime passive and this path should continue."
Referring to the developments in Palestine, Ismail Haniyeh, the Chief of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement, said: "These challenges and struggles and battles will strengthen the unity of the Palestinian groups."
The Chief of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement then stressed: "Today, the resistance movement is in its best condition, and the Gaza strip and the West Bank have never been so ready to fight the occupation."
A delegation of the leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), headed by Ismail Haniyeh, the Chief of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement, has traveled to Tehran to discuss and exchange opinions with high-ranking officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the latest political and field developments related to Palestine.
