Iran Press/ Iran News: According to Iran Press News Agency, Ayatollah Seyed Ahmad Khatami, the Friday Prayer Leader in Tehran, in his Friday prayer sermons today in Tehran, considered "resistance" and "piety" to be the two elements that defeat the enemy and said: "44 years have passed since the revolution and the secret of this success is Our 44 years, it was 8 years of resistance when the enemy surrendered.
Ayatollah Khatami, referring to the statements of the leader of the revolution regarding the activity of diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated: the diplomatic moves that has been seen in recent months is worthy of praise.
Tehran's Friday Prayer leader also expressed his condolences on the anniversary of the departure of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and said: "The gift of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the result of his life is the Islamic system; Imam Khomeini (RA) believed in the people and these people replaced the corrupt government with the Islamic government."
Ayatollah Khatami added: "Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, has also thwarted all the plots of the enemies with his wisdom and guidance, following the path of Imam Khomeini (RA).
Referring to the historical event of Khordad 15th corresponding to June 5th, Tehran's Friday prayer Leader said: "This great uprising was formed in defense of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist , and our system and revolution owes its support."
