According to Iran Press, Seyyed Mojtaba Abtahi and Amir- Abdollahian discussed the developments in the Palestinian scene and the use of international capacities to realize the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
Sami Abu Zuhri, a senior member of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), recently stated that what distinguishes the Islamic Republic of Iran from other countries is its explicit support for the Palestinian cause.
Emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always supported the Palestinian people and resistance groups, Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas political bureau, said that Iran had played a key role in strengthening Hamas's power today.
