FM felicitates his counterparts in Islamic countries on Eid al-Fitr

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister, in separate messages to his counterparts in Islamic countries, congratulated the nations and their governments on Eid-ul-Fitr and called for unity and solidarity to materialize Islamic ideals.

Iran Press/ Iran News: In his messages on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian called the Eid a "thanksgiving for a month of worshipping God and proving faithfulness to being his obedient servants".

"Ramadan is also a month to strengthen the bonds of friendship and brotherhood among the world Muslims, and to unify their voices aimed at materializing the grand Islamic ideals," added the Iranian top diplomat.

Amir-Abdollahian has also emphasized in his separate messages addressed to the foreign ministers of the Islamic countries that strengthening Islamic unity and solidarity will contribute to the progress and advancement of Islamic societies.
