IP - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that Turkiye has broken off relations with Israel, stating that Ankara has no plans to pursue future ties.

Iran PressAsia: In a statement made today, Wednesday, Turkiye's President asserted that Ankara has formally severed its relations with the Israeli government and will undertake no initiatives to develop these ties in the future.

Erdogan added that Turkiye is monitoring the actions of Russia and China regarding the situation in the Middle East, noting that these two countries are currently among the most important in the world.

Speaking at the Islamic Summit on Monday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan criticized Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for escalating military tensions with Iran and increasing the scope of attacks on Lebanon.

Erdogan added that Israel must be globally isolated until it ceases its military actions. He called on everyone to join South Africa's initiative and encourage more countries to recognize Palestine.
