The head of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce announced that the private sector will accompany the president on his trips to Tajikistan.

Iran Press/Iran news:  At the 23rd meeting with Foroud Askari, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration, Mahmoud Najafi Arab announced that the president intends to involve private sector representatives in his international trips. Several economic activists from the Tehran Chamber will accompany him on his trip to Tajikistan on January 17.

Mahmoud Najafi Arab stated that regarding Iran's membership in the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the president has sent a letter to the leader requesting that the Expediency Discernment Council review Iran's membership. The president is hopeful that negotiations on this issue will be successful and has asked for the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce to facilitate this process.
