Mohammad Mehdi Imanipour, the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), said in a meeting on Tuesday that aligned leaders should form a joint committee to deal with crises, including war and insulting religious sanctities so that they can adopt principled and uniform positions in times of crisis.
Kazem Jalali, Iran's ambassador to Russia, also said that religious extremism in the world did not originate from religion, but from some global powers.
Referring to the four-year suspension of religious dialogues due to the Corona epidemic, the Archbishop of Tatarstan said that these dialogues are a precious memory of the late Archbishop of Russia and the late Ayatollah Taskhiri, who opened the dialogue between Islam and Orthodox Christianity.
